- Online listing optimization and management services
Important: FlowDino is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by any third-party platform (including Vinted, Leboncoin, or any other marketplace). FlowDino is an independent browsing assistance tool. The Client uses the Service at their own risk and responsibility, with full knowledge of the terms of use of the third-party platforms on which they choose to use it.

By accepting these T&Cs, the Client declares and warrants: (i) being a legally capable adult individual, or a duly authorized legal entity; (ii) acting in their own name or having all necessary powers to bind the entity they represent; (iii) that all information provided during subscription is accurate, complete and truthful.

Rates take into account any discounts granted by FlowDino. These rates are firm and non-revisable during their validity period, but FlowDino reserves the right to modify them at any time outside the validity period.
An invoice is issued by FlowDino and made accessible to the Client in their personal account upon provision of the ordered Services.

The Client selects on the flowdino.com website the Services they wish to order according to the following terms:
- Choice of subscription directly on www.flowdino.com
- Secure payment
- Subscriptions cancellable and modifiable at any time
The sale is only considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
FlowDino reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom a payment dispute exists regarding a previous order.

FlowDino reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service by operation of law and without notice, with no obligation to refund, in the following cases:

- Request from a competent judicial or administrative authority.
Outside these cases, FlowDino may terminate the contract for any other legitimate reason with 30 days' notice by email, with a pro-rata refund for the unconsumed period.
Duration and renewal
Subscribing to a subscription entails concluding a contract for a minimum period of one month, automatically renewable for the same duration.
In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, FlowDino informs the Client in writing (dedicated email) between three months and one month before the end of the period, of the possibility of not renewing the contract.
Article 4 - Payment terms
Payment is made via secure payment according to the following terms:
- Payment by bank card via the Stripe payment service
- Full payment at the time of placing the order
Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment service. Payments are only considered final after actual receipt of the sums due.
FlowDino will only provide the Services if the Client pays the full price under the stated conditions.
4.1 Payment disputes (chargeback)
Any payment dispute initiated by the Client with their bank or payment provider (hereinafter "chargeback"), when the Service has been provided in accordance with these T&Cs, is considered an attempt at fraud.
In the event of an abusive chargeback, FlowDino reserves the right to: (i) immediately suspend access to the Service without notice; (ii) charge administrative processing fees of 50 € excl. VAT per unfounded dispute; (iii) initiate any appropriate debt recovery or legal proceedings.
The Client is informed that FlowDino retains all proof of Service provision (usage logs, activation dates, connection data) that may be produced in the event of a dispute.
Article 5 - Provision of services
The ordered Services will be provided as follows:
- Immediate provision upon subscription
- Maximum delay of 24 hours after final order validation
FlowDino undertakes to make its best efforts to provide the Services within the stated timeframes under a best-efforts obligation.
If the Services are not provided within the timeframes for any reason other than force majeure or the Client's fault, the sale may be cancelled under the conditions provided in articles L216-2, L216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code.
The Client has a period of 2 weeks from the provision of the Services to submit complaints by email to contact@flowdino.com with all supporting documents.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
Express waiver of right of withdrawal — Digital content
In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where execution has begun, after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to a FlowDino subscription and requesting immediate access to the Service (extension activated upon payment validation), the Client expressly consents to the Service execution beginning immediately and expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the Service has been made accessible.
In the absence of immediate activation or if the Service has not yet been provided, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of subscription, online using the form available on the site or by any statement expressing the intention to withdraw, in particular by post or email to the contact details indicated in Article 1.
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the price of the ordered Services will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
Article 7 - Client liability towards third-party platforms
The Client expressly acknowledges that the use of the FlowDino extension on third-party platforms (including Vinted, Leboncoin, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or any other marketplace) is carried out under their sole and complete responsibility.
It is the Client's responsibility, prior to any use, to carefully verify and comply with the terms of use of each third-party platform on which they use the Service. FlowDino cannot be held informed of changes to these third-party terms, which may change at any time without notice.
Acceptance of risks — Account suspensions and bans
The Client acknowledges and accepts that the use of automation tools may be incompatible with the terms of certain third-party platforms and may result in restriction measures, temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account on these platforms.
FlowDino cannot under any circumstances be held liable for:
- The suspension, restriction or closure of any of the Client's accounts on a third-party platform;
- Loss of revenue, sales, customers or data resulting from such a measure;
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the incompatibility of the Service with a third-party platform's terms;
- Any unilateral decision made by a third-party platform against the Client.
The Client may not take any action against FlowDino in this regard and agrees not to hold FlowDino liable for any damage related to the use of the Service on platforms whose terms restrict or prohibit automation.
7.1 Indemnification clause
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FlowDino, its directors, employees, contractors and representatives, against any claim, legal proceedings, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including attorney's fees) from a third party or third-party platform, arising directly or indirectly from:
- The Client's use of the Service;
- The Client's violation of a third-party platform's terms;
- Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct attributable to the Client;
- Any breach by the Client of these T&Cs.
7.2 No affiliation and no editorial liability
FlowDino is not affiliated with any third-party platform. FlowDino does not publish, control or bear responsibility for the content of listings posted by the Client on third-party platforms via the Service. The Client remains the sole author and responsible party for the content they distribute.
Article 8 - FlowDino's liability and warranties

Article L217-5: The goods conform to the contract if they are fit for the expected use and match the description given by the seller.
FlowDino will refund or rectify services found to be defective as soon as possible and at the latest within 2 weeks of identifying the defect.
8.1 Liability cap
In all cases, FlowDino's liability is expressly limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client for the Service during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage. This limitation applies to all heads of damage combined.
FlowDino shall not be liable for indirect, intangible, consequential or punitive damages, including: loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of customers, loss of data, commercial or reputational damage, regardless of the cause.
8.2 Best-efforts obligations
FlowDino undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service under a best-efforts obligation. FlowDino does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly in the event of technical changes made by third-party platforms rendering the Service temporarily inoperative.
FlowDino cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure recognized by French case law, or in the event of unilateral modification of third-party platform interfaces or policies.

Article 10 - Intellectual property and license
The content of the flowdino.com website, the FlowDino browser extension, its algorithms, source code, interface, brand and any other element of the Service are the exclusive property of FlowDino and are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement offense.
10.1 License of use
FlowDino grants the Client, for the duration of their active subscription, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Service, limited to the Client's professional or personal use for their own needs.
This license does not constitute any transfer of ownership. The Client is expressly prohibited from:
- Reselling, transferring, renting or sub-licensing access to the Service to a third party;
- Decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the extension;
- Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works from the Service;

10.2 Service evolution
FlowDino reserves the right to evolve, modify, update or suspend all or part of the Service at any time, in particular to adapt to changes in third-party platform interfaces, for security or maintenance reasons. These changes do not give rise to any compensation or refund, except for total and definitive suspension of the Service for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days.
Article 11 - Prohibited conduct
The Client is strictly prohibited from using the Service for the following purposes:
- Any illegal activity or activity contrary to applicable regulations;
- The sale of counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or specially regulated products;

Article 12 - Modification of T&Cs and Service
FlowDino reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Any substantial modification will be notified to the Client by email at the address associated with their account, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
If the Client continues to use the Service after the new conditions take effect, they are deemed to have accepted them without reservation. Otherwise, they have the option to cancel their subscription without charge during the 30-day notice period.
The current version of the T&Cs is the one accessible on the flowdino.com website at the date of use of the Service. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
Article 13 - Applicable law
These T&Cs and the transactions arising from them are governed by French law. These conditions are written in French and only the French text is authoritative in the event of a dispute.
13.1 Jurisdiction — Professional clients
For any dispute arising between FlowDino and a Client acting as a professional (legal entity or individual using the Service in the context of their commercial, craft or professional activity), exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the jurisdiction of FlowDino's registered office, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
13.2 Jurisdiction — Consumer clients
For any dispute arising between FlowDino and a Client acting as a consumer (individual), the competent courts are those designated by the applicable common law rules in consumer matters, in particular article R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code (court of the consumer's domicile).
Article 14 - General provisions
14.1 Severability
If one or more clauses of these T&Cs are declared null or unenforceable under a law or judicial decision, the other clauses retain their full force and effect. The null clause will be replaced by the legal provision closest to the parties' original intention.
14.2 Non-waiver
The fact that FlowDino does not invoke a clause of these T&Cs at any given time cannot be interpreted as a definitive waiver of the right to invoke it subsequently. No tolerance by FlowDino shall create a right for the benefit of the Client.
14.3 Entire agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter and supersede all previous agreements, negotiations, statements or proposals, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.
14.4 Electronic evidence
In accordance with article 1366 of the French Civil Code, FlowDino's computer records constitute admissible evidence of transactions and acceptance of these T&Cs. The timestamp of online acceptance (IP address, date and time) is retained by FlowDino as proof.

Article 16 – Referral Program
16.1 Access to referral data
Access to the referral dashboard, including information about referrals (number, status, commissions generated or pending), is conditional on holding an active subscription with FlowDino.
In the event of cancellation or non-renewal of the subscription, access to this data is automatically suspended. The Client will no longer be able to view information about their referrals through the FlowDino interface until an active subscription is restored.
16.2 Data retention and GDPR rights
