π¬ Messaging
FlowDino messaging brings the conversations of all your selling sites and all your accounts into a single inbox. You read and reply in FlowDino: the Chrome extension fetches messages from the sites and posts your replies there.

π How it works
FlowDino has no direct access to the sites' messaging. The extension, in your browser, makes the link both ways: it reads the conversations of the account signed in on the site and sends them to FlowDino, then posts on the site the replies you write in FlowDino.
Install the FlowDino extension and sign it in to your account.
In Chrome, sign in to your selling sites.
The extension fetches your conversations: when you open the site's messaging, when a new message arrives, and regularly while you are signed in to the site.
Open "Dashboard" βΊ "Messaging" on flowdino.com: your conversations appear.
π‘ The first sync of an account fetches recent conversations (at least the last 30 days). For the full history of a conversation, use "Open on β¦".
π₯ The inbox
Each row is a conversation with a buyer: their username, the site, the listing and a preview of the last message. The number of unread messages appears next to "Messaging" in the menu, on every screen.

| All accounts | Limits the list to one of your accounts (useful if you have several accounts on a site). The unread count is shown for each account. |

| Archived | Shows archived conversations, hidden by default. |
π¨οΈ Reading a conversation
- The buyer's messages and yours are shown in order, including those written directly on the site.
- Offers show their amount; attachments open with one click.
- The listing is shown at the top: "View item" opens the item in FlowDino when it was found, "View listing" opens the listing on the site.
- "Open on β¦" opens the conversation on the selling site.
- "Archive" moves the conversation out of the inbox; "Unarchive" brings it back.
- "Show previous messages" loads older messages.
β οΈ Opening a conversation marks it as read in FlowDino only: it stays unread on the selling site.
βοΈ Replying
Write your reply at the bottom of the conversation. Enter sends, Shift + Enter adds a new line. The reply is posted on the site by the extension, from a browser signed in to the conversation's account: Chrome must be open on a computer where that account is signed in.

π‘ Only text can be sent from FlowDino. To send an offer or a photo, use "Open on β¦".
π₯ Several accounts
Each conversation belongs to the selling account that received it. If you have several accounts on the same site, the reply always goes out from the right account: the extension only posts it in a browser signed in to that account.
An account removed in "My selling accounts" keeps its conversations, but you can no longer reply. Reactivate it to reply again.

β Frequently asked questions
I don't see any conversation.
Check that the extension is signed in to your FlowDino account and that you are signed in to the site in Chrome, then open the site's messaging: the extension then fetches your conversations.
My reply stays "Waiting for the extension".
No browser signed in to that account is open. Open Chrome on a computer where the extension is signed in and where you are signed in to the site with that account.
A message read on the site is still unread in FlowDino.
Read status is not synced between the site and FlowDino. Open the conversation in FlowDino to mark it as read.
I can't reply: "This seller account is removed".
The account was removed in "My selling accounts". Reactivate it to reply.
